In the 1950s, an unusual alliance of vampires, witches and humans worked together to imprison a master vampire, Von Damme, and his radical followers in beneath the waters of the South Holston Lake, Tennessee. The gorgeous vampire, Elke, holds the secret of the Devil-faced jars. Her consort, Dillon, seeks the truth behind the funk from the dump and what's hidden in the landfill, where the cult, the Butcher pack, and the Devils Horns gather to enact the vengeance of the vampires.
