I struggled with suicide for over 20 years and finally came out the other side alive and happy. So I made the book I needed but never had. An honest and humorous take on what it's like to be depressed and suicidal. As well as the lessons I learned that finally got me out of it and the stories of how I got there.

Presented non-conventionally as a lopsided conversation; this book is based on the idea that sometimes advice is easiest to receive when it comes from a friend.
