Ronald Frankum is professor of history at Millersville University and author of The Historical Dictionary of the War in Vietnam (Scarecrow, 2011) and Like Rolling Thunder: The Air War during the Vietnam War (Rowman & Littlefield, 2005). He lives near Millersville, Pennsylvania.
