Author Biography

Herbert, aka Emma Roberts, is a children's author and editor from London who lives with her two rescue dogs, Frodo and Arya. She studied classics at Cambridge University, where she fully indulged her lifelong passion for all things Shakespeare in the student theater scene. When Roberts isn 't queuing for tickets at the Globe, she is either performing in local theater or training for her next marathon. Ilya Milstein is an Italian-born, Australian-raised, and New York-based illustrator. Working for a wide range of commercial and editorial clients in a detailed and referential hand-drawn style, his illustrations have been recognized by American Illustration and Communication Arts, he has received three Gold Medals from the Society of Illustrators, and he was named an ADC Young Gun by the One Club for Creativity.
