Author Biography
Passionate about comics since he was little, Vincent Mallie spent most of his youth copying the pages of Asterix and The Bluecoats. With a degree in his pocket and three months as part of the history faculty at Jussieu, he found his true vocation. In 1992, he decided to enroll in a drawing workshop, where he tried his hand at all the techniques. He continued his studies as a storyboarder and trainee on a feature film in 1996 before trying his hand at comics. By 2000, comics became his full-time passion, leading to renowned adaptations of Maurice Leblanc's Arsene Lupin, Gentleman Thief, and A Study in Scarlet, Arthur Conan Doyle's first Sherlock Holmes adventure.
