It is seen as a weakness and even the super heroes only wear glasses as a disguise and an excuse to act meek and cowardly. As a visually impaired person having felt the scorn and margination in society, I decided that children need a hero to look up to that also wore glasses. Even strong, scary dragons can have visual problems. I hope this little story will boost children's self esteem and see themselves as heroes.
