Description
by A. J. Bennett (Author), Drew Lewis (Illustrator), Wendy Smith (Photographer)
Imagine, discover and explore amazing places around the U.S., in this new story series led by a loveable American dog, Big Sil. Reality and imagination blur, in this visually transformative mixed media experience, as Big Sil jumps into a real life adventure through Los Angeles, told through a unique combination of illustration and photography. The Adventures of Big Sil is an educational experience celebrating art and culture icons as Big Sil goes hiking, visits the movie studios, and tries surfing at the beach.
The love of art, animals, and America was the driving force behind the creation of the series. This book was inspired by the real Big Sil himself, and created through a collaboration of individuals who shared their unique gifts in writing, illustration, and photography. A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to dog rescue.
