Sin Makes Us Feel Good But the Spiritual Journey Goes On: In the Search for True Happiness - Paperback
Description
by Otha R. Edwards (Author)
A few years ago, I was a person who could have been labeled a habitual sinner. I did whatever made my worldly flesh feel good. My personal pleasure became my soul's purpose for living. I did a lot of things I am not proud of, yet I realize that I am not alone. During some low point in our earthly lives, we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. But my spiritual awakening came to me after I lost a loved one. I realized at that precise moment my search for true happiness had been shattered and that my search had to go directly through God. So I repented and confessed all of my sinful mistakes in life and asked Jesus to forgive me, and He did. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. In doing so, God granted me another chance to do His will. That is the main reason I write poems-to honor and glorify my Savior. It is my desire and prayer that these words, which God gave me, can become reviving fire to my readers' spirit and to their soul. These words from God have helped me during my Christian experience, and my prayer is that they help you in your spiritual journey while here on earth. Remember, it is the will of God that no soul shall be lost to forever burn in the fiery pit of hell!
To God be the glory!
