Author Biography
Gary Warren and his wife Sally have been rockhounds for many years. They live in Brigham City, Utah, and have 4 children, 15 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren. Gary has been a member of the Cache Rock and Gem Club in Logan, Utah, for 17 years, 14 of which he has served as president. He enjoys sharing his love of rockhounding with children through school lectures and after-school group demonstrations and activities. The club has also incorporated a Junior Rockhounding program. Semiretired, Gary has more time to pursue his passions, traveling and rockhounding throughout Utah.
William A. Kappele has been rockhounding across the West for more than forty years. His other books include Rockhounding Nevada and Rockhounding Utah.Care
