Gail Tuchman has had a dual career as a publishing industry executive and a prolific writer of children's fiction and nonfiction. She has long been involved in early reading programs both as a publisher and an author, and has developed several of Scholastic's evergreen product lines for the educational market. Gail lives in New York City.
