Onion Girl - Paperback
Description
by Vivienne Mason (Author)
A journey into the underworld of menopause and self-discovery. Peeling the layers one by one, shedding tears and letting go. This book is a letter to women around the world to be inspired to take a Pause, rejuvenate and discover the wisdom within. Onion Girl is one woman's journey into menopause and the struggle to come to terms with the inevitability of growing old. In her story or 'Femoir' Vivi is living with her fondly-described menopausal snake, 'Lamia', with severe lack of sleep she stumbles blindly into the mind fog of her life-changing event. With no role models or wisdom, Vivi realises it is time to take matters into her own hands and peel the onion layers to rediscover her true self.
What if you could plan your menopausal journey and take time away from your family and friends to smooth the bumpy road of menopause.
Embrace it as a new adventure, a wonderful metamorphosis.
And say, 'Bring it On'!
