The result is a fight for survival from a government that has a misconception of gangs and is mistaking him for a leader of what is now one of the most dangerous gang ever known: The Mara Salvatrucha 13 or (MS 13). Consequently, a group of paramilitary death squads known as the Sombra Negra or (Black Shadow) has been form to "exterminate" the plague that is now spreading across the murder capital of the world. Undergoing an escape was no easy task.
