Louie the long dog has lost his lollipop. Needing a sweet treat Louie begins searching for his lollipop that he has lost. Louie searched his bedroom, under his bed, his toybox and the rest of his room. Desperate to find his sweet treat, he then heads for the kitchen to search. Checking every square inch of the kitchen, he even checks his mom's drink. Bothering his dad and his pet fish he comes up empty handed. Not being able to locate his yummy, sweet treat lollipop, Louie decides to look outdoors.

After mom puts on his overalls and boots, Louie ventures outside. Louie checks in the bushes and on his trampoline. With no luck he moves onto his swing set. Swinging and a few trips on the slide again resulted in no lollipop. Checking with one of his friends and playing with the water hose, all this did was make a muddy mess. So, Louie played in the mud making mud pies. He also found a worm, in which he carried it around with him. After a few hours of playing and searching, Louie still did not find his lollipop.

Mom came to the door and yelled for Louie to come inside. Upon entering the house mom made him go directly to the bathtub. Mon picked up Louie's clothes while he played in the bathtub. Even though the tub was fun, Louie was sad he hadn't found his lollipop. Will Louie find his sought-after lollipop? You'll have to read to find out.
