Kev, the Care Home Cat: Inspired by a True Story - Paperback
Description
by Dawn Milsom (Author)
The unforgettable account of the scruffy stray who taught an entire nursing home how to love again.
Dawn Milsom was having the worst day of her career when she met Kev.
A poor inspection. A staff resignation. An angry family threatening legal action. Standing in a cold car park, questioning whether she should just quit, she was ready to give up on care work entirely. Then a scruffy ginger tom appeared at her feet-and wouldn't leave.
What happened next changed everything. Over fourteen remarkable months, Kev became more than a therapy cat. He became a teacher, a healer, and a reminder that the most important work happens in the smallest moments.
Perfect for readers who loved:
A Street Cat Named Bob, The Travelling Cat Chronicles, Being Mortal, When Breath Becomes Air, and animal stories that touch the soul.
