Each chapter is a life lesson, reminding the reader of the importance of one's roots, the strength of love, and the power of the human spirit to overcome any adversity.

This book is a tribute to all the women and men who have defied the odds, who have left behind what they knew to build a future with their own hands. Margarita Moreno Zárate shares her story with humility and honesty, ensuring that what began as a legacy for her children becomes a source of inspiration for anyone searching for light in the midst of darkness.

"What could be more valuable than a story told by the one who lived it? Here, from the source itself, an extraordinary life is revealed."
