Description
by Joan M. Wright (Author)
Flo has everything a budgie could want-a comfortable life and lots of toys. So it is a horrible shock when she has to leave her home and go to live in an aviary full of other budgies. Can Flo learn to live with others when she is such a very special budgie? With the help of Fred and his budgie choir, she just might find a new place to call home. This beautifully illustrated story is perfect for young children. Joan M. Wright is an English-born author and illustrator who immigrated to Canada in 1952, where she pursued a career in librarianship. Taking early retirement, she resumed a hobby of botanical art and children's book illustration. She lives in Toronto with two dogs and two budgies.
