Eat Your Crusts: Life Lines and Laugh Lines of a Sweetly Warped Woman - Paperback
Description
by Lois Howard Lenarduzzi (Author)
At age 40, due to health issues that led to the closing of her business, Lois Howard Lenarduzzi felt her identity shrivel and pretty much die. The work she had to do to reinvent herself opened up a whole new world of exploring consciousness and the human condition, as well as the arts of self-expression.
Eat Your Crusts tracks her journey in the context of Lois's life as a whole. Today, Lois is a free-spirited, don't-tie-me-down or tell-me-what-to-do kinda gal who continues to find new and exciting ways to play with and embrace parts of her that need healing, comfort, and compassion ... so she can authentically and unapologetically live free.
Self-mastery is not for the faint-hearted. It means deepening into yourself and discovering the old programming that's been running the show since childhood. This creates more space to discover our mind-boggling capabilities in order to bring our own unique gifts to the world.
"Lois reminds us that life doesn't have to be a grease-lined slippery slope to misery. It can be an exhilarating zipline to personal mastery that catapults us through the canopy of delight, at least as often as it zooms us through the undergrowth of courage."
Susan Crossman, From the "Foreword"
