Description
by Matthew Eric (Author)
"When the mind becomes a weapon, memories are the price of survival."
In Dr. Alzheimer's, Matthew Eric delivers a nerve-shredding fusion of science fiction and psychological horror that asks a chilling question: what if your memories were no longer yours?
Walter, a sharp-witted older man grieving the loss of his wife, is forced into the pristine assisted living facility Eden Falls against his will. At first, everything seems perfect-too perfect. The staff is unsettlingly obedient, residents vanish overnight, and an eerie AI voice named HERA echoes through every corridor. The deeper Walter looks, the more he realizes Eden Falls is a prison disguised as paradise.
The truth is far worse than he imagined. Behind the facade lurks Dr. Albert Zachary Meyers, a brilliant yet deranged scientist known only as Dr. Alzheimer's. With the help of HERA, Meyers drains the memories and thoughts of the elderly to fuel his nightmarish experiments-transferring stolen knowledge into barcoded lab-grown children, crafting a super-intelligent new race designed to replace humanity. The facility's staff and these artificial children are his loyal soldiers, ensuring his secrets remain buried.
Dr. Alzheimer's is a pulse-pounding blend of science fiction, horror, and psychological suspense that will leave readers questioning the very nature of identity.
In this world, your memories are currency-and someone is always collecting.
