Geographically, including mixed country authorship, this Special Issue continuation is also of a truly global nature: 5 articles are from the Republic of Korea, 4 are from Italy, 3 are from the USA, and 1 is from each of the following countries: Pakistan, Malaysia, China, Japan, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Hungary, Germany, The Netherlands, and Belgium.
