Born to Die in Order to Live - Paperback

by Gary J. Davis (Author)

"Lord, I know that You know I am blind; so, if it be Your will, O Lord, please give me my eyesight back, but not my will, but Yours be done. In Jesus' name, amen."

"Lord, I cannot do what You desire for me to do because I am young and afraid."

These are just two of the prayers that Gary Davis prayed in his early life before coming to trust God with his life after years of faulty thinking and self-destructive choices. Though he had a simple trust in God as a child, it took him years to realize how much he was loved by God and what God wanted to do with his life. In Born to Die in Order to Live, Gary tells his story in a humble and transparent way, describing how a near-death experience was an anchor for the rest of his life.

It is a touching story of few pages that could make the difference in your life or in the life of someone you care about.

"I hope readers will be blessed by the GOOD LORD and that some will consider giving their life to Him, accepting Him as their personal Savior."

"I would definitely recommend this book especially, for those who don't know Christ as their personal savior. I think this book will be especially good for young people who are looking for direction, in this sinful world." Elder Wayne Tinsley

"An excellent testimony from childhood to an adult of God's goodness of a man who was born to die in order to live." Elder Sheldon McDougald

"His testimony serves to show others that we serve a forgiving God, and no matter our past, if we are willing, our Heavenly Father can still use us."
