Author Biography
Author Francesca Moran was born in Saigon, South Viet-Nam in Summer of 1943, attended French elementary school Colette and High school, Lycee Marie Curie. In 1963 After getting her two Baccalaureates in Science ( 2 last years of High School certificates) she pursued her college education at George Washington University, Washington DC where she met her husband to-be David, 2 years her senior, at the State Department in 1969. After the wedding they spent their lives together across the globe till his retirement .
