Bible Nuggets for the Young Ambassadors of the Kingdom of (God) Yah - Paperback

by Gwendolyn Faye Shaffer (Author), Neshamah Hicks (Illustrator)

What does it mean to be an ambassador for the Kingdom of Yah? Bible Nuggets for the Young Ambassadors of the Kingdom of (God) Yah answers that question one Scripture-filled "nugget" at a time.

Written by Gwendolyn Faye Shaffer - who, at age 70, felt called by the Most High to write a children's book - this devotional walks young readers through foundational truths of faith using the sacred Hebrew names Yahuah and Yahusha throughout. Each chapter opens with a Scripture reading and closes with reflective questions, guiding children (and the parents and grandparents reading alongside them) through the Shema, the Ten Commandments, the Model Prayer, the Aaronic Blessing, Psalm 23, the Prayer of Jabez, and more.

Children will discover they are "fearfully and wonderfully made" (Psalm 139), learn what it means to be an ambassador who represents the Kingdom of Yah on earth (2 Corinthians 5:17-20), and be reminded through 12 affirmations that they are chosen, victorious, and never alone. A full Hebrew glossary and a Paleo-Ivriyt alphabet chart round out the book, giving young readers tools to explore the deeper meaning behind the words of Scripture.

Born out of the author's work with The Brewlings Network's Where's Emah? program, this is a book for grandparents, parents, and teachers who want to plant Torah truth deep in the hearts of the next generation - reminding them, as the author writes, that "you are never too young, and never too old, for Abba Yah to use you."
