I encourage you to use fresh ingredients for these meals and whenever you can to cook low and slow.
Mr. Freeman was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, He's completed a culinary art course and has worked in the food industry for many of years. He loved cooking at a young age, learning from his gramma, mom, family members and friends. From the traditional Hawaiian style cooking, and the different ethnicities that he is, such as a true Kama ina, Filipino, Portuguese, Afro-American, Native Indian and French.
