This dictionary has been greatly needed and is meant to help in ongoing revitalization efforts among the modern day Abenaki in Vermont, Quebec, New York, New Hampshire and beyond. Also included are hundreds of New England place names that originate in the Abenaki and related languages of the region. All proceeds go towards language revitalization efforts.
