Author Biography
Diane R. Murray holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is the online editor for the Journal of Mathematics Education at Teachers College and served on the editorial board for the Teachers College Mathematical Modeling Handbook published by COMAP, the Consortium for Mathematics and Its Applications. Dr. Murray has taught mathematics and computer science courses at Manhattanville College and Lehman College. Her research interests include the history of mathematics education, technology use in the mathematics classroom, and the study of material culture in mathematics education.
