These works were originally written in Romanian and published by Hasefer Publishing House, Bucharest. This volume provides the researcher and the descendants of the three towns with insight into these communities. Also included are two essays by people who had met I. Kara in his later years and images of the recent restoration of the Great Synagogue of Iasi.
