Joseph J. Kotva Jr. teaches Christian ethics at Associated Mennonite Biblical Seminary and philosophy at Indiana University, South Bend.Stephen E. Lammers is the Helen H. P. Manson Professor of the English Bible Emeritus at Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.
