She has degrees in biology and design as well as certificates in science communication and natural science illustration. She writes, illustrates and designs books and other graphic products about nature. She also teaches natural science illustration and science communication for both adults and children in universities, bookstores, schools, museums and festivals. Silvia has published three books: \u003cem\u003eMisteriosas Medusas\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eSueño Animal\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eCiudad Silvestre\u003c\/em\u003e.
