Kwasi is currently an academic and the lead for the real estate research and consultancy cluster at the University of Salford, Manchester. He has occupied several positions, both in academia and in practice, and was a founding member of the International Land Measurement Standard Coalition and part of its Standard Setting Committee. Kwasi has published widely.
