Later, these same poems would be used as a part of her healing journey.
After sharing a collection of her early poems with a few people, she was encouraged to have them published. She remembered a poem God had given her 13 years earlier that indicated her gift was to be shared. A Life of Poetry is the result of this. The poems range from happy and silly reflective and sad. Many show the strength she gained through her faith in God. The author discovered that writing poems was a healing way to deal with trauma, and she hopes you will read her poems and receive encouragement and strength through them as well.Care
